Executing a request
A request is executed by the responsible party defined in its type or in the issuance step.
As soon as the request is issued – and approved, if that is the case –, a task is sent to the component referring to the requested service.
In this sense, each request has an object type and a specific operation that must be performed in order for the task to be executed.
For this reason, the execution instructions have been separated into different articles.
The flow example will continue in the Executing a document request article.
Check the execution details according to the desired object type:
- Asset request execution.
- Nonproject task request execution.
- Document request execution.
- Initiative request execution.
- Supply request execution.
- Item request execution.
- Maintenance request execution.
- Action plan request execution.
- Process request execution.
- Program request execution.
- Project request execution.
- Risk request execution.
- Training request execution.
