Executing a nonproject task request

Gear icon that leads to the configure request type step, where the requirement settings are configured.
Curved arrow icon that leads to the issue request step, where the user starts the order process.
Circle icon with an opening at the top that leads to the Track request step, where the user can monitor the status of a request.
Checkmark icon that leads to the execute request step, where the request is processed.

Prerequisites

 

Introduction

Once a nonproject task request is issued, the party responsible for the execution will receive a task, according to the object type and operation described below:

SoftExpert Time control

Object type Operation Request execution
Nonproject task Creation The Request execution task will be sent to the defined responsible party for them to create the requested nonproject task.

 

Executing a nonproject task request

1. Access the My tasks > Time control > Request execution menu.

2. Select the nonproject task request task you wish to execute.

3. Expand the Confirm icon button and choose whether you wish to add a nonproject task or associate an existing one.

4. If you select the first option, click here and follow the instructions in the article that will open to add a task.

5. If you choose the second option, use the filters to locate and select the task you wish to associate.
