Downloading files
Prerequisites
- Access to the Drive (DR001) menu.
- Logged user with viewer or editor permission.
Introduction
The file download feature in SoftExpert Drive allows for downloading records so that they can be used outside the system. With this option, it is possible to access files directly from local devices, which provides greater flexibility to the use of information.
The download button is available at the places mentioned below and at many other places in Drive, such as the record data screen and the file preview screen, which facilitates access to download.
Downloading a file
1. From the Drive (DR001) menu, access the My drive vision.
2. Hover the mouse over the file and expand the button that will be enabled.
3. Click on Download.
4. Wait for loading to finish and access the file from the download folder on your computer.

Mass-downloading files
1. From the Drive (DR001) menu, access the My drive vision.
2. Select the checkbox of the desired files.
3. Expand the Mass actions option that will be enabled.
4. Click on Download.
5. Wait for loading to finish and access the files from the download folder on your computer.
