How to configure an e-mail sending action
Prerequisites
- Access to the Business rule (BR001) menu.
- E-mail sending configured in the E-mail notification (CM022) menu.
- Default e-mail server configured in the E-mail server (CM010) menu.
- Users with a valid e-mail registered in the Organization structure > User (AD004) menu.
Introduction
When creating a business rule, after setting the triggers, we need to configure the chosen action.
The e-mail sending action allows for passing on important information by e-mail, such as notifying a manager about a change in the status of a customer's order, for example.

- Dynamic words are tokens that change automatically. They usually represent names of records, identifiers, types, etc.
- If the message addressee does not use any of the added languages, the message will be sent in the primary language.
