SoftExpert Business rule is a solution that integrates other SoftExpert Suite components to automate activities efficiently and securely.

It allows for creating dynamic rules with triggers that generate automatic actions to optimize the organization's workflow.

The triggers are integrated with the following components: Administration, Analytics, Audit, Knowledge base, Customer, Competence, Configuration, Document, Supplier, Kanban, OKR, PDM, Action plan, Survey, Risk, Training, and Workflow.

The actions, in their turn, allow for performing a wide range of operations, from sending e-mail notifications or SMS messages to integrating web services or executing external applications.

What are its characteristics?

When accessing the component, you will see it is divided into the following menus:

Configuration Menu used to create permission profiles, which are intended to manage access control over records.
Business rule Menu used to create and manage business rules.
External application Menu used to register external applications.
