Executing a customer evaluation
Prerequisites
- SoftExpert Survey among the solutions acquired by your organization.
- Default contact with a valid e-mail registered.
Introduction
Once the customer evaluation is configured in the category, the related contact must execute the evaluation survey. The link to the survey will be sent by e-mail to the default contact.
If a new customer is added to the category on the date the evaluations are sent or afterwards, they will receive the evaluation only in the next cycle.
If the customer misses the deadline, the survey will be closed automatically by the system, and the customer will not have an evaluation score.
When necessary, it is possible to edit the final score in order to assign a value. Access the Editing evaluation scores article and learn more.

Executing a survey
After receiving the evaluation link in your e-mail, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the link received by e-mail.
2. On the survey presentation screen, click on Start.
3. Then, answer the survey.
4. After answering it, click on Finish.
Conclusion
Thus, the customer evaluation will be complete. Now, it can be viewed in the View > Evaluation (CT009) menu.
