Presentation

The risk library summarizes and defines, in a common repository, the risks to which the company is exposed, provides a framework for the risk assessment process, and helps to facilitate discussions and promote consistency regarding a culture of awareness about risk management and compliance.

In the library, risks can be organized into the following categories: compliance, operational, strategic, among others.

This article will demonstrate, step by step, how to create a risk library.

Create a risk library

1. Access the Library > Risk (RI455) menu .

2. Click Create .

3. Provide an identifier and a name for the risk.

4. On the General tab , select the type of risk to be used in the registration and choose an icon to represent it.

5. Click to enable the Details tab .

6. In the Details tab , you can:

• Include : the consequence that the risk may generate, the treatment that should be applied to the risk, the source of the risk, the control that can be applied to the risk, the root cause analysis, and the risk-related annex.
• Associate : the documents related to the risk.
• View: the associated records, the analyses to which the risk was associated, and the history of the user's registration in the risk library.

7. After finishing, click on .

 8. The registered risk will be displayed in the menu's record list. If desired, you can click on:

	This button allows you to view and edit risk data.
	This button allows you to enable or disable the risk.
	This button allows you to eliminate the risk.
