Prerequisites

  • Access to the View > Customer (CT002) menu.
  • Created customer.

 

Introduction

The View menu allows searching for saved customers, inserting specific filters, and generating analyses and reports.

 

Viewing a customer

1. Access the View > Customer (CT002) menu. 

2. In the Quick Search field, enter the name of the desired customer.

3. Click on Search.

See how the customer view screen is divided.

A On the left side of the screen, you will find the search filters panel, which makes it easier to find the desired customers. The Select type field allows filtering customers by category or company type. In Advanced filters, it is possible to filter the search using specific customer data or attributes.

The right side of the screen displays the customers that already exist in SoftExpert Customer. The upper part contains the buttons that perform the following operations related to the customers listed on the view screen: View data, Analyze data, and Generate report.

 
 

To find a customer that has been disabled, simply go to Advanced filters, General option, and, in the Status field, select Inactive.

 

 

Conclusion

The view menu allows accessing and revising registered customers easily.
