Prerequisites

• Access the menu Registration > Element (RI202) .
• Type of element previously configured.

Presentation

In SoftExpert Risk, elements are used in the risk control view to allow for separation into configurable items. This way, instead of directly associating risks with a plan, it's possible to organize them using elements within the risk and control plan.

This article will demonstrate how to register an element.

Register element

1. Access the menu Registration > Element (RI202) .

2. Click the button .

3. Select the type of element to be used in the registration.

4. Provide an identifier and a name for the element being registered.

5. In the General tab , if desired, you can change the element type and enter a description .

6. After filling in the fields, click to enable the Details tab .

7. In the Details tab , you can:

• Include : the attachment related to the element.
• Associate : the documents related to the element.
• View: the element's registration history.

8. After finishing, click on .

9. The registered item will be displayed in the menu's record list. If desired, you can click on:

	This button allows you to view and edit the element's data.
	This button allows you to activate or deactivate the element.
	This button allows you to delete the element.
