Manual and automatic translation of electronic files
The new version of the system allows users to associate multiple translations with the same document!
During the revision, participants can edit and approve the document and all of its translations. Upon completion, the document is made available with its translations ready to be viewed.
Therefore, if the document is in PDF format, the user can easily switch between translations through the viewer.
In this version, you can also count on the Google V3 API automatic translation to create the versions of the document in other languages.

Keywords and summaries with AI
The keyword and summary features have been fully reformulated in this version to make the process of indexing the documents smarter and more intuitive.
You can now add keywords directly to the record creation screen, and the system automatically records them for use in other documents, eliminating the need for manual settings and ensuring that all files are organized and easy to locate.
By activating an API that specializes in languages on SoftExpert Copilot, the system automatically suggests keywords based on the content of the electronic file. Simply revise the suggestions and select those most relevant to your document.
This new feature transforms the way of organizing and finding documents, ensuring accuracy and ease with the power of artificial intelligence.
In this version, you also have the option of generating a summary of documents using artificial intelligence, with several text creation and improvement tools.
The system can also automatically generate the summary from the content of an electronic file.

We have added the XLSX spreadsheet format to document import! Now, you can import documents directly in the Document (DC010) menu using this format.

Substitution of variables (metadata) in integration with Google Drive
We have big news for our customers who use the integration with Google Drive! It is now possible to fill out metadata directly in the document, even when performing PDF conversion with Google Drive.
This new feature ensures the integrity and formatting of the file, eliminating the loss of details that often occurs in external conversions.
New document creation wizard
In this version, the document creation wizard has been completely redesigned to make it more intuitive.
Now, the options of creating a document via spreadsheet import, creating a blank document, creating a document from an existing one, and creating a document from a file have been organized independently.
This new feature makes operations clearer and more accessible for SoftExpert Document users.

Improvement in general document search
In this version, when the search filters are filled out with textual information, such as ID # or title, the system highlights, in the results list, the location of the file in which the filter content was located.
When searching for a document through filters, the system performs textual searches in fields such as ID #, title, summary, and attributes, and also in the content of electronic files.
Previously, if the document contained several files and the search token was found in just one of them, the user could not identify which specific file had the content.
This improvement has come to change this and facilitate the search for documents!
