Filling out a form

1. On the Processes menu, tap on the record you wish to fill out.

2. On the screen that will open, the form fields will be displayed:

3. Fill in the fields, add attachments, and sign the form if necessary.

4. Then, save the activity data.

The process must have been properly created with a responsive form via desktop for these steps to be taken.

The advanced list and the signature field must have been properly configured in the responsive form in order to be available.
