Prerequisites

• Access the menu Registration > Treatment (RI208) .
• Type of treatment previously configured.

Presentation

In SoftExpert Risk, it is possible to register all the treatments that can be applied to the risks identified in the organization. In this way, the company can anticipate possible events, defining in advance the most appropriate actions for each situation.

This article will show you how to register a treatment.

Register treatment

1. Access the Registration > Treatment (RI208) menu .

2. Click the button .

3. Select the type of treatment to be used in the registration.

4. Provide an identifier and a name for the treatment.

5. In the General tab , if desired, you can change the treatment type . 

6. Define whether the treatment requires action : choose the Yes option to make the association of a single action or an action plan mandatory when this treatment is used on a risk, or the No option to make the association unnecessary.

7. Choose the action plan template that will be used by default when defining risk treatment. 

8. Click to enable the Details tab .

9. In the Details tab , you can:

• Include : the attachments related to the treatment.
• Associate : the documents related to the treatment.
• View: associated records and treatment registration history.

10. After finishing, click on .

 11. The registered treatment will be displayed in the menu's record list. If necessary, you can click on:

	This button allows you to view and edit treatment data.
	This button allows you to activate or deactivate the treatment.
	This button allows you to cancel the treatment.
