In the Evaluation tab , some fields will not be covered in the video, but are detailed below:

• Include potential assessment : select this option so that, at the time of risk assessment, it is possible to perform a potential assessment considering only the risks in the risk plan.
• Include residual valuation : select this option to include the residual valuation. The Residual Calculation field will be enabled, then define how the residual valuation will be performed:
  • Manual : uses two matrices, one for gross risk and another for residual risk.
  • Percentage of control effectiveness : considers the residual assessment based on the percentage of control effectiveness in relation to the risk. In the " Consider that" field , it is necessary to define on which axis the reduction will occur, according to the type of control defined (detective or preventive).
  • Subtraction of control effectiveness : subtracts the control score from the risk score. In the " Consider that" field , it is necessary to indicate the criterion that will define which axis will suffer the reduction.
  • Customize : Applies a formula configured in the general parameters, valid for both the X and Y axes.
• Use a specific assessment method for residual risk : available only if the context has a matrix or quantitative assessment method, and if the risk calculation is defined as a percentage or subtraction.
  • When enabling this option, you must specify a simple listing type evaluation method, which will be used to display the results of the residual evaluations. The result will be presented with the colors and values ​​of the simple listing, instead of the criteria configured in this evaluation method.
• Control effectiveness : if you specify a simple listing assessment method, you must also specify how the automated control calculation for the plan will be performed, choosing between the options: average, highest or lowest control result, or residual risk effectiveness.
