Executing a maintenance request
Prerequisites
- SoftExpert Maintenance as part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
- User defined as responsible for executing the request.
- Previously issued maintenance request.
Introduction
Once a maintenance request is issued, the party responsible for the execution will receive a task, according to the object type and operation described below:

The Maintenance request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to execute the requested WO. |
Executing a calibration record request
1. Access the My tasks > Maintenance > Maintenance request execution menu.
2. Select the item request task you wish to execute.
3. Expand the button and select the desired option:
- Activity programming: allows for scheduling a maintenance execution to another time.
- Activity execution: allows for starting a maintenance execution immediately.
4. Select an activity plan for the calibration and click on the button.
5. Then, enter the calibration programming or execution data.
6. Save the record to finish.

Executing a WO execution request
1. Access the My tasks > Maintenance > Maintenance request execution menu.
2. Select the maintenance request task you wish to execute.
3. Expand the button and select the desired option:
- Activity programming: allows for scheduling a maintenance execution to another time.
- Activity execution: allows for starting a maintenance execution immediately.
4. Then, enter the maintenance programming or execution data.
5. Save the record to finish.

The Activity programming and Activity execution options are enabled according to the status of the asset for which the maintenance or calibration record has been requested. If the asset is under maintenance, for example, only a new execution can be programmed.
Conclusion
Once the execution is completed, the next step is to close the request.
