Editing responsive form data

Prerequisites
Introduction
The system allows for revising the data of an existing responsive form through the Form designer. On this screen, it is possible to edit general data, the rule that will be executed when the form loads, the rule that will be executed when the form is saved or finished, in addition to enabling the form for off-line use.
See how to perform this operation:
Editing responsive form data
1. Access the File > Form (FO005) menu.
2. Select the responsive form that needs changes.
3. Click on the arrow next to the 
button and select Form designer.
4. On the designer screen, click on the Edit form button.
5. In the Identification section, make the necessary changes to the general data of the form.
6. In the Rules section, set the rules that will be executed when the form is loaded and saved/finished.
7. In the Online form section, check the Enable form to be used in the off-line application field so that the responsive form can be filled out off-line on the SoftExpert Workflow application.
8. Click on the Save and close button.
• The rules must have been created beforehand in the Rules tab of the Form designer. See further details on rule configuration in the Configuring rules article.
• By enabling the Enable form to be used in the off-line application option, it will be possible to define if the images inserted in the form should be resized in the application. Moreover, a list can be displayed with all components, rules, expressions, and properties used in the design that are not compatible with offline use.
