Introduction

With globalization, it is increasingly common for the customer base and staff of a company to be multilingual. Therefore, translating the information recorded in the knowledge base into different languages facilitates access to it, as it allows system users to understand the content more easily by viewing the topics in their native language or other languages they understand.

In SoftExpert Knowledge base, it is possible to enable several languages, allowing materials to be made available in different languages. Thus, when a user views the knowledge base or one of its articles, the content will be displayed in the language in which the user is accessing the system.

The process is simple: first, the desired languages for the knowledge base are enabled, then, in the article data, the necessary languages for that specific content are configured, and finally, the translated information is added.

Moreover, the component allows for enabling alternative languages, in cases in which the article is not available in the main language of the user.
