How to use SE Document Add-in
Prerequisites:
- Installed add-in. The installer is unique and can be found in the web\wwwroot\document\app folder.
- .gz extension enabled in the upload security configurations of the Configuration > System (CM006) menu of the Configuration component.
Introduction
This article is dedicated to people who use the add-ins developed for MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, to assist in the execution of content management and document preparation tasks.
When installing the add-in correctly, the SoftExpert tab will be added to the respective applications, such as the following example:

By default, the following actions will be displayed:
Opening | Not available for MS Outlook. Allows for opening electronic files of the documents recorded in SoftExpert Document. |
Saving a new document | Allows for creating a document from the file. |
Saving in existing | Allows for saving the file in a previously created document. |
Switch language | Allows switching the add-in language. The language change will only be applied to the add-in options and not to the native options of the MS Office application. |
Log off | Allows closing the add-in session. |
