Form - 2.2.3
Simplified form revision
From version 2.2.3 onwards, forms without revision control now go through simplified revision, which offers greater control over changes.
The new feature makes change management more reliable while maintaining practicality. This approach allows users to track the changes made to the forms, ensuring a detailed history and more security in updates.
Unified revision of related forms
From the new version of the system onwards, it is possible to revise several forms simultaneously within the same process.
This new feature facilitates the management and control of sets of interconnected forms. This improvement optimizes workflow and ensures greater efficiency in the revision of associated forms.
REST data source integration for tables in a form
It is now possible to integrate data from REST data sources directly into the table elements of the forms.
This new resource allows the information to be updated in real time, ensuring greater accuracy and relevance of the data. This integration eliminates the need for manual insertions, reducing errors and saving time in the completion of form data.
New selection field with REST data source integration
From this version onwards, responsive forms have a new selection field with support for data from REST data sources.
The new element allows external data to be integrated directly into the choice options, which makes it possible to dynamically fill out options with data updated in real time, directly from integrated systems.
This feature improves efficiency, reduces the need for manual maintenance of option lists, and minimizes errors by ensuring data is consistent with the original source.
Integration of default RESTs for listing objects on the form
From this version onwards, SoftExpert Suite introduces default REST data sources, which are pre-configured REST integrations ready for use within the product. The new feature can be used to list several system objects.
These data sources are already fully integrated with SoftExpert Form, allowing the lists to be displayed in a practical way in selection fields or grids, facilitating the management and selection of information on the form.
See below the list of default SoftExpert Suite RESTs:
- Action Plan Action List: List of the actions of an action plan.
- Action Plan List: List of action plans.
- Asset List: List of assets.
- Control Analysis List: List of controls.
- Course List: List of courses.
- Department List: List of departments.
- Document List: List of documents.

New unified date and time field
From version 2.2.3 onwards, a new element was added to the form, the Date and time field.
With it, it is possible to enter both pieces of information simultaneously, speeding up completion and avoiding errors.
Simplify the event creation process and gain efficiency in your operations, saving time and making data entry more accurate.
Calculating business days between dates
It is now possible to use an expression to calculate business days between two dates accurately.
The new operation makes it easier and more precise to control deadlines, in addition to improving calculations within forms, which increases the efficiency and reliability of information by eliminating possible errors arising from manual operations.
Export and import of unified forms
The new version of the system brings improvements in the export and import process of forms.
With the new unified export, subforms, related tables, and REST data sources, among other elements, are also added when exporting forms, providing greater consistency and ease in the transfer of forms between environments.
During import, the system checks whether the form already exists, creating a new revision or a new record as necessary.
Changes to the Simple list and Option group elements
The options configured for simple lists and selection groups are now directly associated with the table fields, allowing for greater consistency and flexibility, especially in forms that share the same data field.
It is important to highlight that, with this new feature, the options will be shared between the revisions of the form and also between different forms that share the same field of the table.
In addition, it is now possible to inactivate options, facilitating the management and maintenance of the option lists.
New presentation options for buttons
It is now possible to customize the form buttons with different visual styles and the option to add icons.
The new configurations bring more flexibility to adapt button design to the form, making the interface more dynamic and attractive.
New association element in the form
With the new association integration element, you can associate SoftExpert Suite objects with the workflow directly through the form.
This feature offers more flexibility in managing associations, allowing users to apply visibility rules and editing control based on specific conditions.
New checklist container on the form
Now, it is possible to add multiple checklist containers directly to the form, allowing users to view checklists from other process activities and fill out the checklist for the current step during workflow execution.
Facilitate tracking and control of each step of your workflow with this new resource.
New attribute container on the form
Now, it is possible to add multiple attribute containers directly to the form, allowing users to view attributes from other process activities and fill out the attributes for the current step during workflow execution.
Facilitate tracking and control of each step of your workflow with this new resource.
New responsibility route container in the form
With the new responsibility route container, it is possible to view and edit responsible parties for different flowchart activities directly on the form, according to the permissions of the current step of the process.
Add multiple containers and efficiently manage the parties responsible for each step of your workflow!
Container support within panels, sections, and boxes
From version 2.2.3 onwards, it is possible to organize the forms in a more structured way, inserting containers within panels, sections, and boxes.
Divide the content into visual blocks and maintain a cleaner and more functional interface to your users.
