How scheduling works
Introduction
SoftExpert Suite allows for scheduling several jobs in the system, which provides advantages such as the automation of recurring tasks, the optimization of resources, as well as greater precision and consistency for processes.
Executing activities through scheduling reduces manual intervention, which improves control over operations and their visibility, in addition to freeing up time for more strategic tasks.
Scheduling ensures a regular and efficient execution of activities, minimizing risks and maximizing team productivity.

| SoftExpert Asset | It allows for importing computers automatically through scheduling. |
| SoftExpert SPC | It allows for scheduling the import of CMM files. |
| SoftExpert Configuration | It allows for scheduling data import into SoftExpert Suite components. The scheduling will only execute its actions on the data populated in the ADINTERFACE table. |
| SoftExpert Performance | It allows for scheduling the execution of calculations for all scorecards or for specific scorecards only. |
| SoftExpert Inspection | It allows for scheduling the execution of calculations for quality index evaluations. |
| SoftExpert Action plan | It allows for scheduling the creation of recurring action plans or isolated actions. |
| SoftExpert Project | It allows for scheduling the execution of the job that will calculate the EVM (Earned Value Management) or the indicators of portfolios, programs, and projects under execution in the system. |

The system also allows for configuring a scheduling to import e-mails.
With e-mails captured through scheduling, it is possible to create documents or start workflows.
