Tracking a scheduling
Prerequisites
- Access to the Monitoring > Scheduling (CM019) menu of SoftExpert Configuration.
- Access to the SoftExpert Asset > Configuration > Computer > Scheduling (AS071) menu.
- Access to the SoftExpert SPC > Configuration > Scheduling (SP028) menu.
- Access to the SoftExpert Configuration > Tool > Import > Scheduling (CM017) menu.
- Access to the SoftExpert Performance > Configuration > Scheduling (ST041) menu.
- Access to the SoftExpert Inspection > Configuration > Receiving ranking > Scheduling (IP034) menu.
- Access to the SoftExpert Action plan > Configuration > Scheduling (PL027) menu.
- Access to the SoftExpert Project > Configuration > Scheduling (PR048) menu.
- Access to the SoftExpert Workflow > Configuration > Scheduling (WF006) menu.
- Scheduling configured in the system.
Introduction
With its configuration finished, the scheduling can be executed in accordance with the recurrence configurations applied in the General tab.
Once the scheduled job is executed, it is possible to access the menu in which the scheduling was configured to see the logs of its execution. It is also possible to use the Monitoring > Scheduling (CM019) menu of SoftExpert Configuration to monitor scheduled jobs.

Viewing the history
The History tab displays the execution log of the scheduling.. Follow the steps described below to access it:
1. Access the menu in which the scheduling was configured.
2. Search for and select the scheduling you wish to track and click on the button.
3. Select the History tab. Use the Status, Start date, and End date fields to filter the log records.
4. Use the side toolbar buttons to view the desired information:

Monitoring scheduled jobs
The Configuration component provides a menu for monitoring scheduled jobs. Through this menu, it is possible to enable, disable, and edit scheduling records.
