Welcome!
SoftExpert Portfolio is the component that allows you to select and execute the initiatives indicated to solve problems. This solution helps to identify, prioritize, balance, and manage the portfolio aligned with strategic objectives, with reports and graphs to track results.
With this component, the manager can make decisions based on objective criteria: it is possible to define weights, calculate scores, and rank competing investments to allocate resources where there is greater value.
It is possible to analyze feasibility by considering different scenarios through simulations. The financial tables support manual entry, formulas, and importing cells from Excel, allowing you to test hypotheses before the final evaluation.
After the initiative is approved, the responsible team can open a project in SoftExpert Project or associate an existing one, connecting strategy, finance, and execution without loss of context. Through the Initiative ranking menu (PF009) , it is possible to prioritize the initiatives with the greatest impact.

What are its characteristics?
When accessing the component, it is divided into the following menus:
| Settings | Menus where the initial component settings are configured, which will be used to register other functionalities later. |
| Register | Menus where variables, forms, and financial tables are registered. |
| Consultation | Menus that bring together general information about initiatives, reviews, and tasks. |
| Execution | Menu where initiatives are registered. |
| Management | Menus where approval, evaluation, deletion, and prioritization management is performed. |
