Introduction

KPIs are performance indicators that allow for measuring the success of an objective and, in practice, fulfill the role of metrics associated with the expected results. For this reason, they are created while the objective is being structured.

See below how to create a KPI:

Creating a KPI

1. Access the KPI (OK003) menu.

2. Click on the Create button to start creating the KPI.

3. Define a name for the indicator.

4. Provide a description and the classification, if you wish.

5. Define the frequency, the measurement unit, the number of decimal places, the range configuration, and the party responsible for the measurement.

6. If you enable the Does the indicator have a target? option, enter the value and the party responsible for the target.

7. In Advanced configurations, enter the start date of the indicator, the operation and the accumulation frequency, and the number of years.

8. Finally, select the icons and fill out the range values with the target percentage, not with the absolute value.

9. Click on Save.

Conclusion

After creating all the necessary KPIs, define their key results as well.
