When accessing this operation, the system will display the incident processes that you have classified as favorites in the Highlights section.

If you wish to record another incident, use the All section or type the incident title in the search field.

A After locating the incident that will be started, select it.

B At this point, the system will display the start screen, in which the title of the instance and the description should be entered when it is required at the start. 

C Then, click on the Start button. At this point, the system will be directed to the Incident activity execution task.
