Copilot - 2.2.2
Integration center
The SoftExpert Copilot integration center gathers the configurations for the SoftExpert Suite integration APIs and allows for connecting these APIs to the features in the system. The integration center is divided into the creation of the integration API and the system features, such as Translation and Notification.
The Integration API tab makes available only the options with which SoftExpert Suite has integration, such as Google Translate, Zenvia, Twilio, and Amazon AWS. In addition, SoftExpert Suite has its own API called SE Suite, which provided services equivalent to those of the external APIs, with the advantage of not requiring third-party services.
In the Translation tab, it is possible to choose which API will be used to translate text and electronic files in SoftExpert Document. Currently, file translation is only possible by using the Google Translate v3 API, which requires the client to hire this service from Google to use this feature in SoftExpert Suite.
The Notification tab is used to configure the API that will be used to send SMS and WhatsApp messages.
The Integration center is the location in which the API is connected to the system features. In it, the translation option is enabled, but the translation is applied directly to the components, such as Document, Knowledge base, and more. For further information, refer to the release notes of each component, in which the API integration is highlighted.
