Creating a training document

 

Prerequisites

  • SoftExpert Document among the solutions acquired by your organization.
  • SoftExpert Training among the solutions acquired by your organization.
  • Previously configured category with enabled training control.
  • Access to the File > Document (DC010) menu.

 

Introduction

After configuring a category with training control, a training document needs to be created. 

This document will be integrated with SoftExpert Training for employee qualification. To this end, both SoftExpert Document and SoftExpert Training must be acquired by your organization.

Creating a document

1. Access the File > Document (DC010) menu.

2. Click on the toolbar button.

3. Then, select the category with enabled training control.

4. On the screen that will open, fill in these fields: ID #, Name, Language, Date, Responsible for the document, etc.

5. Click on Save.

6. After saving the initial data, buttons and tabs will be enabled. Configure both as you wish.
