Creating a nonconformity
Prerequisites
- Access to the Management > Collection tracking (SP004) menu.
- Previously created data collection.
Introduction
Nonconformities correspond to the failure to comply with the specified requirements of the product and may be generated for several reasons, such as misuse of the object.
To ensure effective management, the nonconformities of the collections can be controlled in the SoftExpert Action Plan and SoftExpert Workflow components, or the SoftExpert SPC component itself, through Ad-hoc.
Creating a nonconformity
1. To create a nonconformity, access the Management > Collection tracking (SP004) menu.
2. On the screen that will be opened, select the desired collection.
3. Click on the button.
4. Click on the Nonconformity button.
5. Click on the button and select the nonconformity type.
6. On the screen that will be opened, enter the Name and Date of the nonconformity.
7. Click on the button.
8. Upon reloading the screen, click on the Associate button to link the records to the nonconformity.
9. Once done, click on .
