Configuring a satisfaction level

Introduction

Satisfaction level is a record used in the request closure step to evaluate the quality of a provided service.

With this resource, the requester can express their level of satisfaction with the service they have received, contributing to the monitoring and continuous improvement of processes.

 

Configuring a satisfaction level

1. Access the Configuration > Satisfaction level (SR017) menu.

2. Click on the Add icon toolbar button.

3. In the Satisfaction level field, enter a name for the satisfaction level.

4. In the Value field, choose the number that represents the satisfaction level.

5. Click on the Save and exit icon button to save the record.

Satisfaction level screen open in the SR#171 menu, with emphasis on the satisfaction level editing window.

 

Conclusion

Now that the satisfaction level is recorded, it can now be used in the closure of a request.
