Executing a training request

Prerequisites
- SoftExpert Training as part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
- User defined as responsible for executing the request.
- Previously issued training request.
Introduction
Once a training request is issued, the party responsible for the execution will receive a task, according to the object type and operation described below:

| Training | Creation | The Training request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to create the requested training. |
Executing a creation request
1. Access the My tasks > Training > Request execution menu.
2. Select the creation request task you wish to execute.
3. Expand the 
button and choose whether you wish to add a training planning, add a training execution, or associate an ongoing training.
4. Enter the training data according to the selected option.
5. Save the record data to finish.
Conclusion
Once the execution is completed, the next step is to close the request.
