Approve initiative

 

Prerequisites

  • Initiative registered and evaluation completed.
  • Access to the menu Management > Initiative approval (PF007).

 

Overview

After being evaluated, an initiative is submitted for approval.

The approval applies a predefined workflow, with responsible users, deadlines, and conditions. In this step, the responsible users analyze the initiative and record comments. Finally, they decide whether to approve or reject the record.

 

Approve initiative

1. Access the menu Management > Initiative approval (PF007).

2. Select the desired record and click the button to view it.

3. On the Evaluation tab, access the Evaluation method section and check the Option and Value fields.

4. Then, close the record.

5. In the menu Management > Initiative approval (PF007), select the initiative you want to approve or reject and click the button.

6. On the screen that opens, indicate whether the initiative will be approved in the Approved field, using the Yes or No options.

 

Conclusion

In this way, the strategic initiative is approved or rejected by the responsible users. If it is rejected, it returns to the evaluation stage. If it is approved, the initiative is released and must be handled through the My tasks menu.
