Configuring the integration with GOV.BR

 

Prerequisites:

  • GOV.BR account.
  • The GOV.BR signature API is only available to be used by public administration entities.

 

Introduction

The Document component allows using GOV.BR to sign the electronic files of the documents. That is, it allows you to digitally sign a document from your gov.br account. Documents with digital signatures have the same validity as documents with physical signatures, as disposed in Decree Number 10543 from November 13, 2020.

 

GOV.BR integration

1. To make the integration official, it is necessary to send information to the int-assinatura-govbr@economia.gov.br e-mail address. This is the e-mail address from the Digital Governance Department (Secretaria de Governança Digital - SGD) of the Ministry of Economy (Ministério da Economia - ME).

Production credentials will only be available after the final release is validated with SGD/ME members.

 

2. The e-mail must be sent by a legal representative of the entity responsible for the service to be integrated, and it must have the following information:

  • Return URL to register the client application. To do that, access the DC060 screen, click on the button and, in the Type field, select the GOV.BR integration option. Then, the Webhook URL field will be displayed. Copy the URL and inform it in the e-mail. The URL follows this pattern:

https://<SYSTEM_URL>/softexpert/document/govbr/events/build.php. 

  • Estimated yearly volume of documents to be signed. 
     
  • Seasonality of the client application use. Enter the demand increase period, if any. 
     
  • Estimated number of single client application users.

3. After the information sent via e-mail is authorized, the User ID and the Client Secret will be made available.

Store the values generated by the client_id and client_secret fields in a safe location to use them in their respective fields when configuring the digital signature in SoftExpert Document.

 

To sign a document using GOV.BR, you must have an account validated by: 

  • Facial recognition performed by the GOV.BR application. 
  • Licensed banks. 
  • Digital certificate.
 

 

Conclusion

Your GOV.BR account is ready for the integration. Now, simply configure the electronic signature correctly to sign the documents.
