SoftExpert Document offers the "Talk to your document" feature , which works as follows: when you ask a question, the generative AI analyzes the PDF document, finds the relevant information, and provides the answers instantly.

Talk to your document

1. To use the "Talk to your document" feature, go to the Registration > Document (DC003) menu .

2. Search for and select the document you wish to use with this feature, making sure it is a PDF file.

3. Click on or on Open electronic file .

4. The file will open. Then, click on "Talk to your document" .

5. A dialog box will appear, offering some suggested questions to assist with the interaction, but you can ask any question relevant to the document.

6. Ask your question and click to submit. The AI ​​will generate a response summarizing the information contained in the document. Additionally, the AI ​​will identify questions that are not relevant to the analyzed PDF.
