How to configure an achievement unlocking action
Prerequisites
- Access to the Business rule (BR001) menu.
- Active SoftExpert Gamification license.
Introduction
When creating a business rule, after setting the triggers, we need to configure the chosen action.
The achievement unlocking actions allow a business rule to automatically release achievements in SoftExpert Gamification, which can be associated with users, departments, positions, or teams.
This feature is used to recognize individual or collective results, encourage engagement, and reinforce behaviors aligned with the organization's objectives.

Configuring an achievement unlocking action
1. Access the Business rule (BR001) menu and click on the Create button.
2. Select the component and choose the desired trigger.
3. In the following step, click on one of the options below:
- Then a user achievement is unlocked.
- Then an achievement linked to the user department is unlocked.
- Then an achievement linked to the user position is unlocked.
- Then a team achievement is unlocked.
4. Click on the Configure SoftExpert Suite application button.
5. On the screen that will open, enter the data that will be inserted when the achievement is unlocked.
6. With the data filled out, click on the Finish button.
