Unblocking users
Prerequisite
- Access to the File > Organization structure > User (AD004) menu.
Introduction
If a maximum number of invalid login attempts has been configured in the Authentication (CM008) menu of SoftExpert Configuration, the user will be automatically blocked when this limit is reached.
If a blocking time is also set, the user will be automatically unblocked after the specified period in minutes has elapsed. If no blocking time has been configured or the user needs to be unblocked before the defined period, the unblocking must be done manually.

Unblocking a user
1. Access the File > Organization structure > User (AD004) menu.
2. Use the Search filters to locate the blocked user and select them.
3. Click on the More option from the toolbar and then on the button.
• It is possible to use the Blocking field of the Advanced filters to find blocked users more easily.
• Blocked users can be identified by the padlock icon () displayed in the B column of the list of records.
Conclusion
All done! The user will be unblocked and will be able to log in to the system normally.
