Introduction

This resource is used to check the records used more frequently by the user as favorites. Thus, they are easier to access.

Currently, favorite records from all components can be accessed in the same location: Tools > Favorites, in the general menu panel of the system.

See how the screen of the Favorites menu works:

Favorites menu

1. On the general menu panel of the system, click on the Tools menu and select the Favorites menu.

2. Click on the component to which the favorite record belongs.

3. On the favorite screen of the component, hover over the record you wish to view and click on the More options button to choose your action.

• The Favorites option is only displayed in the Tools menu if the user has checked at least one record as favorite.

Actions available in the More options button depend on the component to which the record belongs and the permissions the user has on the record.
