SoftExpert Audit views
Prerequisites
- Access to the View > Actions and plans (AU034) menu.
- Access to the View > Audit (AU014) menu.
- Access to the View > Audit plan (AU033) menu.
- Access to the View > To-do tasks (AU016) menu.
Introduction
In order to make it easier to control records and check saved information, view menus are available.
See the views that SoftExpert Audit provides:
Action and plan view
It allows for tracking the actions and action plans of audits created in the system.
1. Access the View > Actions and plans (AU034) menu.
2. Use the search filters to look for the desired action or action plan and click on the Search button.
3. Select the desired record and click on the arrow next to the button to choose whether to view the data of the action, of the action plan, or of the audit.
Audit view
This menu provides a detailed view of all audits created in the system, regardless of their status.
1. Access the View > Audit (AU014) menu.
2. Use the search filters to look for the desired audit and click on the Search button.
3. Select the desired record and use the toolbar buttons to access its data:

Click on this button to view the audit result of the record selected on the main screen. |

Click on this button to view the data of the record (audit/audit project) selected in the list, in read-only mode. |

Click on this button to access the project schedule. This option allows only for viewing the schedule and will only be available for audit projects. |
Audit plan view
It allows for tracking the audit plans created in the system.
1. Access the View > Audit plan (AU033) menu.
2. Use the search filters to look for the desired audit plan and click on the Search button.
3. Select the record and click on the button to view the data of the plan in read-only mode.
To-do task view
It allows for tracking the to-do tasks of all SoftExpert Audit users.
For example, this menu allows leaders to check if their subordinates are executing their tasks on time.
1. Access the View > To-do tasks (AU016) menu.
2. In the Search filters panel, click on the Select task type button.
3. On the screen that will open, fill in the fields with the information of the task type you wish to view.
4. Then, click on SEARCH. The Tasks section will display the task types that match the selected filters.
6. Keep the desired task types checked and click on the Apply button.
7. At this point, the selected types will be displayed in the Search filters panel.
8. Simply click on the desired task type to view all to-do tasks of said type.
