Introduction

To facilitate controlling records and viewing recorded information, view menus are made available.

See the view operations that SoftExpert Maintenance offers:

View tool allocation

Allows for viewing tool allocation in asset verification, maintenance, or calibration activities. It is necessary to define the period comprehending the planning and execution of the activity that contains the allocation.

1. Access the View > Tool allocation (MA041) menu.

2. In the Search filters section, in the Group by field, indicate whether you wish to group the allocation view by day, week, or month.

3. In the Period field, select the date range that comprehends the period in which the asset is allocated to an activity.

4. Then, click on Search. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

 
 

View supply allocation

Allows for viewing supply allocation in asset verification, maintenance, or calibration activities. It is necessary to define the period comprehending the planning and execution of the activity that contains the allocation.

1. Access the View > Supply allocation (MA045) menu.

2. In the Search filters section, in the Group by field, indicate whether you wish to group the allocation view by day, week, or month.

3. In the Period field, select the date range that comprehends the period in which the asset is allocated to an activity.

4. Then, click on Search. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

 
 

View technician allocation

Allows for viewing technician allocation in asset verification, maintenance, or calibration activities. It is necessary to define the period comprehending the planning and execution of the activity that contains the allocation.

1. Access the View > Technician allocation (MA042) menu.

2. In the Search filters section, in the Group by field, indicate whether you wish to group the allocation view by day, week, or month.

3. In the Period field, select the date range that comprehends the period in which the asset is allocated to an activity.

4. Then, click on Search. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

 
 

View activity

Allows for tracking activities created in the system, regardless of their status. The Gantt Chart can be used to display the schedule and execution deadline of the activities.

1. Access the View > Activity (MA011) menu.

2. Fill in the search filters to find activities more easily and click on the Search button. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

3. Select an activity on the main screen and click on the button to view its data.

4. Select an activity on the main screen and click on the button to view the Gantt Chart for the activity.

 
 

View indicator

Allows for tracking the indicators of the activities created in the system.

1. Access the View > Indicator (MA013) menu.

2. Fill in the search filters to find activity indicators more easily.

3. Click on the Search button. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

4. Use the button to analyze the search results by means of the SoftExpert Analytics features.

 
 

View meters

Allows for viewing meter readings done on assets.

1. Access the View > Meters (MA030) menu.

2. Fill in the search filters to find activity meters more easily.

3. Click on the Search button. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

4. Select a meter and click on the button to analyze its readings graphically.

 
 

View plan

Allows for tracking activity plans created in the system.

1. Access the View > Plan (MA012) menu.

2. Fill in the search filters to find activity plans more easily.

3. Click on the Search button. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

4. Select an activity plan and click on the button to view its data.

 
 

View downtime record

Allows for verifying asset downtimes, that is, interruptions in the use of assets created in the system.

1. Access the View > Downtime record (MA046) menu.

2. Fill in the search filters to find downtime records more easily.

3. Click on the Search button. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

4. Select a record and use the button to view the downtime record data or the asset data.

 
 

View to-do tasks

Allows for tracking the to-do tasks of any user of the Maintenance component.

1. Access the View > To-do tasks (MA029) menu.

2. In the Task type field, on the left side of the screen, click on Select task type.

3. On the screen that will open, fill in the Task, User, Position, or Department field to filter task types by the values you want.

4. Click on Search, and the task types will appear just below.

5. Select the desired task types and click on Apply. At this point, all tasks related to the selected types will be displayed on the main screen.

6. Select one of the tasks and click on the button to view its data.

 
 

View variables

Allows for viewing the variable readings done on the assets.

1. Access the View > Variables (MA017) menu.

2. Fill in the search filters to find variables more easily.

3. Click on the Search button. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

4. Select a variable and click on the button to analyze its readings graphically.
