Prerequisites

• SoftExpert Suite environment hosted in the cloud.
• SoftExpert Meeting as part of the solutions acquired by the organization.
• Access to the Meeting (MM010) menu.
• Previously configured generative AI and NLP API.
• ''AI features'' permission enabled in Configuration > Access group (CM011) > Other permissions > AI features.

Introduction

In SoftExpert Meeting, a recorded meeting can be analyzed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) so that action plans are suggested.

The meeting information will be analyzed and summarized to propose an action plan suitable to the user's needs.

This article will demonstrate how AI operates in SoftExpert Meeting.

Generate action plans in the meeting with AI

1. Access the Meeting (MM010) menu.

2. Locate the meeting and right-click on it.

3. Select the View meeting data option.

4. Click on the Analyze with AI button.

5. In the chat with the AI, click on the Generate action plan suggestion and then click on the Send button.

6. Wait for the AI to analyze and propose an action plan.

7. Once the suggestion is generated, the action plan will be available in the right quadrant of the screen.

8. View the plan and change the title and the category, if necessary.

9. Click on the More button next to the plan actions to open their data or delete them.

10. On the top bar of the right quadrant, it will be possible to save the action plan suggestion or export it in a PDF or PNG file.

11. After saving an action plan proposed by the AI, it will be saved as an artifact available through the Saved artifacts button.

12. Lastly, if you wish to record the suggested action plan, click on the Create action plan button. The system will send the user to the data of the recorded plan.
