SoftExpert Form tasks
Introduction
Tasks are pending system activities for which a user is responsible. They are divided into two categories: Execution and Tracking.
The tracking menu presents the tasks under the responsibility of the logged user, but which will be executed by someone else.
The execution menu, in its turn, gathers all to-do tasks that the user needs to execute within a deadline or defined period.
Tracking tasks are not generated in SoftExpert Form.

Form revision
When the forms created in the system are configured to go through ISO9000-based or Workflow revision, the Form revision task is generated.
This configuration is set in the table associated with the form.

When |
ISO9000-based:
Workflow: when a new revision is started and when, in the process flow, it is time to execute the activity. |
Purpose | To allow for revising forms, which keeps a history of everything that has been changed. |
Where | My tasks menu or Management > Revision (FO017) menu. |
• Tasks can also be executed through the button available in the notification e-mail referring to them.
• Read the What is a revision? article to learn more about revisions.
Conclusion
As tasks are executed and closed, they are no longer displayed on the list of pending records in the task menu.
