Preset models for strategy maps
In version 3.0, SoftExpert Performance presents a new strategy map designer to make map creation and editing simpler, more visual, and more interactive.
You can choose among three standard models to expedite the creation and two use modes – design and selection –. in order to create and adjust shapes of different sizes easily, by simply clicking and dragging them on the screen.
This new feature means greater flexibility, agility, and clarity when building strategy maps, thus optimizing their display and the organizational planning.
New icon for blocked indicator
On the scorecard execution screen, the icon that identifies blocked indicators in a certain period has been updated for a clearer and more intuitive visualization.
The new symbol eliminates possible confusion with situations involving targets that do not meet the standard or present any hindrances, representing more accurately when an indicator is temporary blocked for updating.
Thus, whenever an indicator is blocked, it will be displayed with the new
icon in the scorecard structure, which ensures greater clarity and standardization for data interpretation.
New hierarchical display for element types
Now, the element types will be displayed in the shape of a tree, allowing hierarchical levels to be expanded and collapsed as needed.
This new structure replaces the previous display, making it easier to understand the relationships between the types and manage recorded information.
Additionally, now it is possible to create customized hierarchies of element types, which means greater flexibility and control in data organization.

Multiple execution in target and measurement approval tasks
In this new version, the target approval and measurement approval tasks allow for selecting and approving multiple records simultaneously in the new Task center.
This improvement expedites activity execution and makes indicator management much more efficient, reducing the time spent on individual approvals and simplifying control over in-progress demands.

Menu centralization
In version 3.0, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management.
The Attribute (ST021), Team (ST022), Checklist (ST023), Template (ST026), and Reason (ST039) menus have been removed from SoftExpert Performance and are now centralized in SoftExpert Administration.
This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place. The result is greater consistency among the modules, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.
New advanced filters for target and measurement input tasks
Advanced filter options have been added to the Task center for the target input and measurement input tasks, allowing records to be filtered by Scorecard, Indicator, and Frequency.

Task center
The Task center is an evolution of the old My tasks menu, now with a more modern and efficient proposal.
Previously, the user needed to access different screens in order to execute activities such as revisions, revalidations, etc.
With the new Center, all tasks are gathered in a single optimized environment, which allows for a more fluid and centralized navigation.
This redesign brings about greater convenience to the day-to-day routine, as it allows for viewing, filtering, and executing tasks of different types in a single place.
