New initiative structure
Initiative management is even more organized and efficient! This update has three important improvements:
Task multilevel
The initiative structure is no longer limited to its main level of tasks and now covers all task levels.
This improvement allows for detailed and more complete monitoring of the relationship between tasks.
Advanced search filters
New filters have been added to search for tasks when opening the initiative in full screen.
Furthermore, the results can be sorted according to the information in the column, helping to locate specific tasks.
Intuitive progress bar
The progress bar now displays to-do tasks, tasks under execution, and finished tasks, taking into account all task levels.
With a more intuitive visual interface, you can easily identify each status.

Agile time management
The board has been updated to display the total time during which task cards remain in the same step.
With this information, it is possible to quickly identify the tasks that have been in the column for the longest time, facilitating the management and prioritization of tasks.
More relationships between tasks
The task association structure has been improved to increase integration between SoftExpert components.
It is now possible to associate new component relationships, such as Storeroom, Risk, MSA, FMEA, Maintenance, and Training.
When associating, you can choose the type of relationship and the reason for the relationship between objects.
In this version, it is also possible to create documents, assets, storeroom events, articles, items, maintenance activities, action plans, projects, and training directly in the Kanban task.
After creating them, objects are associated with each other automatically! This eliminates the need to exit the component to create an object and return to make the association.
AI in task description
This version provides an artificial intelligence specialized in languages for the description of SoftExpert Kanban tasks!
You can count on AI to make the description of your tasks more practical and efficient. This tool was designed to optimize your workflow, making the description of tasks a key point in the transmission of information.
With this new feature, it is possible to produce content from scratch using a command or to improve a previously produced text. AI reproduces trends, suggests improvements, and provides relevant information.
With the API enabled in the SoftExpert Copilot integration center, the AI agent and AI commands buttons are displayed in the task description fields.
The AI agent field allows the user to write a command to generate content, such as "Generate a template for problem description". Once the content is generated, it is possible to include it in the description or generate content again.
The AI commands button offers several options for modifying sections of the text. The available options are: Summarize, Improve, Simplify, Expand upon, Trim, Change tone (Professional, Casual, Direct, Confident, Friendly), and Change style (Business, Legal, Journalism, Medical, Poetic).

- For this feature to be enabled, the administrator must include the "Gen AI & NLP" API in the Integration center (COP010) menu of SoftExpert Copilot.
