In this version, the SoftExpert Customer component provides an integration with SoftExpert Business rule to automate actions based on specific events related to your customers.
With this new feature, it is possible to create customized rules that adapt to the needs of your organization to make process management more agile.
Triggers available for the creation of business rules in SoftExpert Customer are:
When a customer is created
Trigger automatic actions once a customer is created, such as sending a welcome e-mail or automatically adding them to marketing campaigns.
When a customer is evaluated
Configure automatic actions to notify the Customer Success team in the case of an evaluation, allowing corrective actions to be taken quickly to improve customer relations.
When a customer is inactivated
Automate processes to recover inactivated customers, such as starting a reactivation workflow, sending exclusive offers, or notifying the Customer Success team to contact the customer and investigate the reasons for inactivation.
With these triggers, the integration provides a broad range of possibilities to automate tasks and ensure no important actions are forgotten in your work flow.
