Chat with your document
We present a new feature in SoftExpert Suite: the integration of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) with SoftExpert Copilot, leveraging the power of generative artificial intelligence.
This integration brings a new dimension to the way you interact and extract information from your documents.
With Chat with your document, you can ask questions about the content of your PDF document and get accurate answers instantly. Simply formulate your question, and generative AI will analyze the document, find the relevant information, and provide the answers you need.
With this new feature, you will save valuable time by eliminating the need to manually search through long texts. Searching for information becomes much easier and more intuitive, allowing you to focus on more productive tasks.
Action plan generation with AI
From version 2.2.3 onwards, we have a new feature that will speed up the creation of your action plans: the AI action plan generator.
The generator uses advanced algorithms to analyze the context provided and, based on specific objectives, create a customized action plan aligned with your needs.
The process is simple and intuitive: simply enter relevant data such as targets, deadlines, and resources, and the AI will generate a set of detailed and adapted actions to maximize the chances of success.
With this new feature, you will save valuable time and eliminate the need to manually create action plans, an often time-consuming and error-prone process.
AI in risk management
The new SoftExpert Suite feature of artificial intelligence in risk management offers an innovative approach to identify and manage risks more efficiently.
The system analyzes the specific context of each customer and identifies the main risks and associated controls, accelerating the process of building and maintaining a comprehensive catalog of risks and controls common to the main areas of risk management.
Furthermore, the generation of actions with AI contributes to continuous monitoring and proactive evolution of identified risks and controls. The system suggests preventive and corrective actions based on detected standards and trends, assisting in the effective mitigation of risks and the constant improvement of the implemented controls.
With this combination of technology and artificial intelligence, risk management professionals have one more tool to support the identification of potential threats and take advantage of continuous improvement opportunities, maximizing the efficiency and resilience of risk management processes in their organization.
AI agent and commands in text editing
The AI agent enhances text editing capabilities, allowing users to explore and integrate automated suggestions directly into their content. With this new feature, it is possible to write, reformulate, explain, translate, and summarize the content without leaving the editor.
It is quite simple to use the new feature: the AI agent button will open a pop-up that will allow the user to write a command for the generation of the content to be used in the article, such as "Generate a 200-line article about SoftExpert". The agent will generate the content according to the entered command, and the author may include the content in the article or ask to generate again.
The AI commands has several options and is used to modify a section of the selected article. In this case, the available options are:
- Summarize
- Improve
- Simplify
- Expand upon
- Trim
- Change tone (Professional, Casual, Direct, Bold, Friendly)
- Change style (Business, Legal, Journalism, Medical, Poetic)
This tool was designed to optimize the work flow, making article creation and management more effective and aligned with readers' needs. Try this new feature and elevate your content creation experience!

Ask AI
We present the new Ask AI feature, to speed up and improve your records in SoftExpert Suite.
The new resource uses artificial intelligence to suggest records that are more relevant and consistent with the desired context.
When creating a new record, simply request relevant recommendations to the AI through the Ask AI command. The system will analyze the context and provide intelligent options from pre-completed records with standard and accurate data.
The new feature makes the creation process much more agile and assertive, contributing to the creation of high-quality data. You save valuable time, avoid errors, and standardize the information of your records.

Improved content import
In this new version of SoftExpert Suite, we bring an enhanced interface for content import.
Developed with a focus on user experience, this new screen offers significant improvements in usability and provides additional resources to streamline and facilitate the creation process in the system.
The new import interface has been carefully designed to make the experience more intuitive and efficient. With a clean, organized layout, it provides users with a clear vision of the necessary steps to complete the import successfully.
In addition, new features have been implemented to simplify the import process. Features such as filling out the ID # automatically, exporting only the list of records with errors, and downloading the template with guidelines for each import type allow users to have more accurate control over the content to be imported, reducing the risk of errors and inconsistencies.

REST data source with AI
From this version onwards, SoftExpert Suite introduces default REST data sources, which are pre-configured and ready for use within the product. SoftExpert Copilot offers two new native REST data sources:
- SoftExpert Ask AI
- SoftExpert Sentiment Analysis
The SoftExpert Ask AI data source allows users to execute customized commands to generate responses using the most advanced generative artificial intelligence. Just send the desired command, and AI will return a contextual and relevant response.
The SoftExpert Sentiment Analysis data source has a pre-configured command to analyze texts and identify the predominant sentiment, classifying it as Positive, Negative, or Neutral. In addition to the classification, a numeric score is provided for each sentiment, allowing for a more detailed analysis.
With these new natively integrated REST data sources, SoftExpert Copilot users will have easier access to advanced artificial intelligence features, without the need for complex configurations.
AI configuration in Copilot
To use the AI features in SoftExpert Suite, it is necessary to enable the use of the Gen AI & NLP API in the Integration center (COP010) menu of SoftExpert Copilot.
Some guidelines for using AI in SoftExpert Suite:
- SoftExpert Copilot will only be available for clients who use the SoftExpert Cloud platform. If you have any questions, talk to your account manager to change your plan.
- The AI in SoftExpert Suite uses only the default SoftExpert Suite API, which are the Claude AI models offered by Anthropic.
- SoftExpert Cloud customers do not need to purchase licenses for other products to use the AI provided in SoftExpert Suite.
- Each SoftExpert Copilot Manager license has a monthly limitation of prompts; the Integration Center menu (COP010) provides a vision of the current month consumption. To increase the usage limit, simply acquire more Manager licenses.
- The Integration history (COP20) menu has a more detailed history of the use of SoftExpert Copilot.
Integration history
The new Integration history (COP020) search provides a complete record of all executions performed by the APIs configured in SoftExpert Copilot.
All artificial intelligence and translation operations are recorded in this history, including any failures that occurred during execution.
This feature is especially useful so that customers can monitor SoftExpert Copilot consumption and analyze the reasons for possible failures. When accessing Integration history (COP020), you can view details such as date, time, used API, and execution status (success or failure).
We recommend regular use of Integration history (COP020) to obtain detailed information about using SoftExpert Copilot and identify areas that require adjustments or improvements.
Integration API validation
There is a new feature to validate the connection to the APIs available on SoftExpert Copilot.
To validate an API, go to the Integration center (COP010) and follow the steps below:
- Select the Integration API option.
- Choose the desired API and click on the Change button.
- On the API configuration screen, click on the Validate API button.
By clicking on this button, the system will check whether the API is accessible and ready to be used by SoftExpert Copilot, ensuring successful integration.
