Action plan - 2.2.0
Action plan history associated with objects
In version 2.2.0, SoftExpert Suite will record, in the action plan and isolated action history, association events, whenever they are associated with other SoftExpert Suite objects.
The objective of this improvement is to expand record traceability, given that, until version 2.1.9, the system would only record in the action plan/isolated action history the records associated with the incident, problem, or workflow instances.
Incident and Problem unification with Workflow
With the unification of the SoftExpert Incident and SoftExpert Problem components with SoftExpert Workflow, action plans and isolated actions whose generator objects were incidents or problems will be migrated to workflow.
Likewise, from version 2.2.0 onwards, action plans and isolated actions generated in instances will have workflows as their generator objects. Rules related to automation will be maintained as they used to be for incidents and problems.
New timesheet
According to improvements in the SoftExpert Time Control component, SoftExpert Action Plan will now have the new timesheet from version 2.2.0 onwards, with the main points of enhanced performance and ease of entering time through a fully updated interface.
Existing timesheets will be automatically migrated to the new timesheet structure.
