Article data screen overview
Introduction
Upon creating an article, SoftExpert Knowledge base displays a screen with all necessary tools to format the content.
On the screen, it is also possible to add complements to the text, such as attachments, links, and images.

Available buttons
Content editing features the Rich Text resource, which allows for adding links, images, and tables, as well as formatting the text.
Use the available buttons to format the content of the article:
A - Options to change the language of the article, allowing the content to be translated. It will only be available if the languages enabled in the knowledge base have also been enabled through the Configure languages button.
B - Allows for hiding or displaying the section that contains the content markers.
C - Allows for undoing and redoing changes.
D - Through this button, it is possible to define the titles, paragraphs, and block quotations in the article:
- Titles: title elements have levels ranging from Title 1 to Title 6, allowing you to structure the information. When viewing the article through a portal, sentences formatted as titles will be displayed as links in the "Markers" section.
- Inline: This element allows for highlighting parts of the text, whether to make a citation or to emphasize the content.
- Blocks: allows for defining the paragraphs of the article.
- Alignment: allows for defining the text alignment.
E - Allows for formatting the text that will be added or is selected with bold (B) or italics (I).
F - Allows for defining the font color and the background color of the text that will be added or that is selected.
G - Allows for defining the font and the size of the text that will be added or that is selected.
H - Allows for defining the alignment of the text of the paragraph.
I - Bulleted lists are used to store and highlight information groups or sets.
J - Numbered lists are used to display steps of an operation and sort information.
K - Allows for adding attachments, links, and media.
L - Allows for adding a table to the article.
M - Allows for entering or editing the example code.
N - Allows for editing the source code of the article.
O - Allows for clearing the article formatting.
P - Allows for importing an HTML file as article content. This file could be, for example, the translated file of the article in the source language.
Q - Allows for downloading the article content in the HTML format, to be translated externally. The translation can be carried out with translation tools, known as CAT Tools.
