Associating records with a process

Prerequisites
- Access to the Process (PM063) menu.
- Active license for the Performance, Document, and Kanban components.
Introduction
The system allows associating a process with records created in other components of the system.
The associations will depend on the objectives of the organization when configuring the process.

Associating records with a process
1. Access the Process (PM063) menu.
2. Locate the process in which you wish to associate records from other components and right-click on it.
3. Select the Open data option.
4. On the screen that will open, click on the Associations option from the toolbar.
5. Click on the Associate button.
6. Specify the association type:
- Indicators created in SoftExpert Performance.
- Documents created in SoftExpert Document.
- Kanban tasks created in SoftExpert Kanban.
7. In the Object field, select which record will be associated.
8. Click on the Save button. Keep the New association option enabled to save the association without closing the Associate window.
