Checking system activations

Prerequisite

  • Access to the Configuration > Monitoring > Activation history (CM023) menu.

Introduction

SoftExpert Configuration provides a menu in which it is possible to view records concerning the activations executed in the system, whether those meant for updating it or those carried out for different reasons.

Checking the activation history is important to ensure the traceability and control of changes in the system. This history allows for verifying when the activations were executed, which helps identify possible errors or failures during the process.

See how to access this menu:

Checking system activations

1. Access the Configuration > Monitoring > Activation history (CM023) menu.

2. The list of records displays the history of executed activations. If necessary, use the Search filters to locate a specific activation.

3. Click on the button to see the error generated in the activation selected in the list of records. This button will only be enabled if the selected activation was not successful. Activation statuses can be identified through the Status column in the list of records.

Conclusion

All done! Now you know how to view the history of activations executed in the system.
