Monitoring scheduled jobs
Prerequisite
- Access to the Configuration > Monitoring > Scheduling (CM019) menu.
Introduction
The Configuration component provides a menu that allows for monitoring scheduled jobs, including those native to SoftExpert Suite and those created through the components.
Through this menu, it is possible to enable, disable, and edit schedulings. The description of each scheduled job can be found in the SoftExpert Suite jobs article.
If the Remove successfully executed imports option is checked on the scheduling data screen, the records imported through the scheduling will not be shown in this menu.

Editing a job scheduling
1. Access the Configuration > Scheduling (MC019) menu.
2. Select the scheduling you wish to edit and click on the button.
3. On the screen that will open, make the necessary changes:
General
This tab presents the general data of the scheduling, such as ID #, name, job, group, number of executions, and the date of the next execution.
It is possible to enable the Delete after finishing scheduling option so that the scheduling record is removed after the execution and is no longer shown on the list of records.

Recurrence
This tab allows for editing the scheduling execution frequency. To do so, take the following steps:
1. Fill in the Start field with the start date and time of the recurrence.
2. Define how the recurrence will end:
No end date | The recurrence will have no defined end. |
Ends after | The recurrence will end after a certain number of occurrences. In the Occurrences field, enter the number of analyses after which the alerts will end. |
Ends on | The recurrence will end on a specific date. In the End field, enter the date on which the analyses will end. |
3. Choose the frequency of the recurrence:
No recurrence | The job analysis will have no specific frequency. |
Monthly | The job analysis will be carried out on a certain day of a specific month. In the Month field that will be displayed, check the months in which the job analysis must be carried out. For example: March, June, September, and November. |
Weekly | The job analysis will be carried out on specific days of the week. In the Day field that will be displayed, check the days on which the job analysis must be carried out. For example: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. |
Daily | The job analysis will be carried at intervals of days. In the Execute every field that will be displayed, enter the desired interval of days. For example: every 2 days, every 5 days, etc. |
Minutes | The job analysis will be carried out at intervals of minutes. In the Execute every field that will be displayed, enter the desired interval of minutes. For example: every 2 minutes, every 10 minutes, every 3 hours, etc. |
Single run | The job analysis will be carried out only once. |
4. Click on the button.

Parameters
This tab displays the parameters used by the job, if there is any.
The permissions to view and edit the values are native to the system. If the parameter is enabled to be edited, in order to change its value, select it in the list of records and click on the button.
On the screen that will open, enter the desired value for the parameter and save the record. The new value will be applied to the next execution of the job.

Executions
This tab displays the execution history of the job.

4. Click on the button.
Enabling or disabling the scheduling
1. Access the Configuration > Scheduling (MC019) menu.
2. Select the scheduling and use the following buttons:

Executing a scheduled job
1. Access the Configuration > Scheduling (MC019) menu.
2. Select the scheduling you wish to execute and click on the button to execute the job. The execution will happen regardless of the configured recurrence or of the scheduling being enabled or not.
