Using the Working paper section

In the Off-line menu, audit tasks will be listed after they are downloaded.

1. Click on the task whose working paper section you wish to use.

2. Then, click on the Working paper section to open the audit working paper:

When the working paper has lower levels, objects immediately below it will be displayed in the Sub-levels section:

The Comments section will also be displayed for you to enter information regarding the working paper.

According to the audit category and the scope structure, other sections may be available, such as Hint, Description, Positive points, and Negative points.

Actions available in the working paper

A Sends the data entered offline for desktop synchronization.
B Sends the completed audit to the next step. This option is only displayed when there are no actions that must be performed via desktop.
C Returns to the audit screen.

Filling out working papers

To fill out a working paper, select an audit on the Off-line menu and click on the Working paper section.

When the objects (of the working paper sub-levels) have required fields that have not been filled out, they will be highlighted to be identified more easily.

We will click on one of them to display the completion of audit findings.

Once the object is selected, we can see the fields to be filled out:

A Finding: The Conformity level and Value fields or a text field may be displayed, according to the evaluation criterion configuration. The completion of the value may be not applicable, variable, or fixed, depending on the selected conformity level. The selection of the conformity level also requires the completion of the Evidence field.

B Description: Allows viewing information entered via desktop during the audit planning. It works as a guidance to the auditor.

C Evidence: Allows filling out the evidence. It is possible to add images to help.

D Comment: Allows entering useful information regarding the audit object.

E Attachment: Allows attaching files and images to the object.
