SoftExpert Suite overview
Introduction
Once logged in, the SoftExpert Suite home screen is displayed. See how it is organized:
A General menu panel: This panel displays some of the main system resources.
B Component panel: This panel is used to access all SoftExpert Suite components.
C Full text search: This field allows searching for a certain token in several components.
D Notification center: This menu gathers user notifications, which are sent when there are updates that involve them.
E Help center: This menu gathers all customer support and system update resources.
F User panel: This panel allows viewing information regarding the logged user and performing certain configurations.
G Chatbot: Chatbot is a Take Blip tool. This chat receives logged user information and allows them to interact with several SoftExpert Suite components.
