Introduction

Execution approval in SoftExpert Time control ensures that nonproject tasks are evaluated after completion, before being finished.

This resource allows for validating achieved results, identifying possible deviations, and ensuring compliance with defined objectives. By using responsibility routes, it is possible to assign the approval to specific users or teams, according to the task type configuration.

Execution approval tasks will be available in the My tasks menu.

Approving the execution

1. Access the My tasks > Execution approval menu.

2. Select the desired record and click on the button.

3. On the screen that will open, review the record data.

4. Then, click on the button to approve, or on the button to reject.

5. On the screen that will open, fill in the Comment field. Filling in this field will be mandatory if the record is rejected.

6. Finally, click on the Approve or Reject button to complete the operation.

Conclusion

 With the execution approved, the record will be closed. Thus, the flow of a task with approval is now finished.
